Contactless entry:
If no wellness staff member is present at the time of the reservation, the guest will receive a code for a secure lockbox containing the access chip prior to entry.
The chip is used for contactless entry to the private wellness area.
Upon completion of the visit, the guest is required to:
- return the access chip to the secure lockbox,
- properly lock the secure lockbox,
- ensure the chip remains inside the lockbox.
The guest is responsible for protecting the access chip against loss or damage.
